Nice for a quick relaxing break,

Liked:Nice place, nice food, clean. Plenty of beds at the pool

Disliked:Not enough storage for clothes. No hooks for hanging. No shelf in bathroom. All inclusive is confusing as there are different levels of it

Disappointing

Liked:I liked the location, staff willing to meets our needs and food.

Disliked:The original room meeting what was booked. The inconvenience of having to wait 1 day for resolution. The TVs are not consistent in the rooms some are smart and some are not. You have to pay deposits for drinks glasses and towels when it is supposed to be all inclusive. In the restaurants you can't have drinks with spirits unless you pay but in other parts of the hotel you can but don't understand why there are so many different rules and no consistency.
