Great stay!

Liked:Great location, excellent swimming pool and comfortable room!

Disliked:Staff a bit dismissive: I asked to book a massage for the next day and I was told that I should book the next day because I might change my mind. I insisted and I was told I couldn’t book a day in advance… as I might change my mind. I’m not sure if he couldn’t understand what I was saying or was just being dismissive.

Liked:The hotel is magnificent, peaceful gardens, a beautiful pool, and spacious, spotless rooms. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. A wonderful stay that we highly recommend!

Liked:The staff was very nice and tried to help the way they could

Disliked:I would like to say that the issue was that we asked and paid for a room with a balcony, we received a room on the ground floor, but that was barely the beginning. The room was extremely dirty: the curtains were horrendously stained, as well as the towels and the sheets (which also had hair). We asked the staff to clean the room once more and they did replace all of the previously mentioned issues, but the replacement was just as dirty if not even worst. The bathroom was also not for the weak, with an insane amount of mild all around, socks left behind by someone that stayed in the room previously (judging by the amount of dust of it must have been a long time), the shower had either mold or something else all around it. Safe to say we stayed only one night. Oh and there were quite a few bugs that kept coming out of nowhere.

Liked:Location is pristine. Value for Money. Staff was very efficient.

Disliked:The bathrooms are way too damp, and the aircon had some trouble. Pool wasn't really safe or clean, I cut my finger from an edgy rock at the pool. Breakfast Buffet is way too limited and not really meant for vegetarians.
