Liked:Front desk found us a table in a very popular restaurant at a VERY short notice. Was offered a voucher for a drink as a way of an apology for not having my room cleaned on two consecutive days. Breakfast is outstanding. Can’t say the same about dinner though, which was rather disappointing. Nevertheless, staff at the restaurants were very helpful.

Disliked:The room wasn’t cleaned up for two days in a row, even though I’d left it at around 8:30 am on both days, and specifically asked the front desk to send someone to clean it. Shower head was spattering water all around. I did complaint and it was fixed. I didn’t realise it was a “dry” hotel until I asked for directions to the bar and only to be told they had none, but that’s more of “me” issue” as I’ve should have checked! Moreover, for the most expensive hotel in Sarajevo, the expectations were sky high. Carpet in the room has seen much better days. Bed mattress was rock solid!! Lighting system in the room was somewhat complicated.
