Liked:Location was optimal, respectful and kind staff. For a short stay, this hotel was fine

Disliked:Bed was very hard, pillows were small and uncomfortable. Breakfast was not the greatest/not a wide assortment (fruit tasted like it was cut with meat knives).

Not as it seemed or as we expected.

Liked:The location was very good.

Disliked:I didn’t like the fact that the air conditioning was controlled by the hotel and kept turning off. When we arrived the room temperature was 26.5c and an hour later with the air conditioning set to 19 c the room was still 25.5 c. We could not leave the room as we only had one card and when removed the air conditioner turned off. The was fixed when we complained and the staff said they would control it. Also I didn’t like that you were not allowed to bring in food or drinks from outside the hotel particularly when the hotel didn’t have a restaurant. We specifically booked a room with a balcony as we were traveling with friends and the plan was that we would meet and have drinks and snacks on the balcony. This did not happen. We paid a premium for a room for no benefit.

Liked:Great location, kind staff, convenient breakfast

Disliked:There wasn’t a full size comforter and someone kept calling my room repeatedly until I answered and then would ask me to meet them in the lobby but the times I was actually headed out nobody was there - I also told them they had the wrong number and they would still call again and again (they posed as another guest but it was the same woman’s voice every single day until I disconnected the phone from the wall). I didn’t tell the hotel about this so it’s not a critique, just a heads up if someone else had the same experience.

Good spot for a short visit.

Liked:Located in the old town and within close proximity to restaurants and attractions. Beds were roomy if a little too firm. Large desk area was good and the bathroom roomy.

Disliked:The A/C was too noisy and the blackout curtains were hard to close all the way. No pool and gym facilities. Fresh juice would have been nice rather than watered down juice.
