Excellent stay with great hospitality and location

Liked:The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with everything we needed throughout our stay. The location is excellent—just a 10-minute walk to Baščaršija and other major tourist attractions. It is also very convenient for transportation, being only a 2-3 minute walk from the tram station and about 15-20 minutes from the airport by taxi. The surrounding area is packed with various restaurants, markets, and shopping centers, which was very convenient. Our room was well-equipped with all the necessary kitchenware for cooking. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was very strong throughout the hotel, which is a crucial detail for international travelers. One detail that particularly pleased us was the 24-hour free coffee machine in the lobby, offering a variety of drinks like cappuccino, latte, macchiato, and different types of tea. The breakfast was also outstanding—very rich in terms of variety and taste, featuring everything from fresh fruits and juices to sweet and savory pastries, as well as hot and cold local specialties. Highly recommended!

Disliked:The only minor downsides were the lack of a balcony in our room and the breakfast area being relatively small. However, these didn't significantly affect our overall positive experience.

Liked:Location is perfect. Spot on.

Disliked:Problem with the parking space. They do not have enough parking spaces available for all guests. However, there is private parking just on the other side of the hotel where you can park your car. It is safe and the parking is undee surveillance. Closed from 00.00-07.00

Still a nice place but in utter need of technical renovation

Liked:Staff friendly and helpful as always. All the issues were most likely beyond their reach of capability. Surroundings and parking facilities have not changed. Breakfast is still good. Flexibility is nice.

Disliked:Hotel is getting old, physically and technically. Electricity failed twice in our room in the morning when using the kettle. Took 30 minutes and 3 visits of staff to fix it - and that was first thing in the morning. AC did not work in the room we were assigned to and we had to change to another one. Overall AC and electrical issues are evident in the building. The sauna was out of order too for the same reasons I think (and that was one of the things I liked the most about this hotel - being able to use sauna after long drive). Even the guest printer in the 'office' was not working, despite having paper on it ready to use
