Disliked:Hotel Hecco de lux posjecen nekoliko puta.U ovom prvi put i samo zato sto smo ocekivali da ce imati zadovoljajuce standarde,jer smo sa Hecco de lux bili prezadovoljni. Dakle, soba u potkrovlju, bez klime, mora biti tako i oznacena. Cijenu ne moze imati istu kao i druge sobe. Osoblje pristojno,ali turisticki nepripremljeno. Druga soba uredna,cista,bez bilo kakve dodatne opreme u toaletu. Sve u svemu,zasto postoji standarizacija na bookingu,ili kod nas ne vazi. Mi po svom.

excellent for a short stay

Liked:The motorcycles were parked safely in the garage throughout the evening. The city center is just a 7 minute walk away. The room was quickly changed to the correct one.

Disliked:The breakfast price on Booking.com was different from the price at the hotel. Moreover just a 7 minute walk away, you'll find the city center with its many cafés, where you can enjoy freshly brewed coffee (including traditional Bosnian coffee), freshly squeezed orange juice, and delicious pastries from the local bakeries.

Not the best choice

Liked:Some of the staff are really friendly and that is commendable.

Disliked:The cleanliness is not up to par, fungus in the bathroom, almost impossible to use the toilet, the view from the balcony is not worth paying extra for.

Disliked:The hotel is located quite far from the Old City, almost 2–3 km. The gentleman I met at the reception upon arrival at night was… unforgettable — very aggressive, angry, and shouting, “I don’t know "Perhaps he wasn’t expecting to meet guests like me. :) The hotel is very noisy at night, with no soundproofing. Other guests in neighboring rooms were watching movies and shouting loudly. Even in the morning around 6:00, the noise continued.
