Clean, modern, good breakfast, but very isolated - difficult to go anywhere without car.

Liked:Modern room. Good buffet breakfast. A/C worked fine. Wifi was solid. Can pay by card (this is a rarity in Bosnia).

Disliked:Location. Awful! This hotel is so isolated. Googlemaps shows a tram near the train station which could take me to the Old Town, so I booked this hotel based on that. But.....that tram no longer operates! Take note - there is NO tram from the main train station (10 mins walk from Hotel Grand). To go to the Old town, you have to walk to Muzeji tram station which is a good 20 mins. And there are no restuarants, bars etc near the hotel - the nearest are about 15 mins away in 'Franca Lehara' road. Very isolated. If you have a car, then the above is not an issue.
