Liked:Hotel is in great location, city center. You have to reserve your free parking when you book hotel! Otherwise you have to park in near by garage (2eur-1hr) or other pay parkings.

Disliked:The mattress in the hotel room was worn out and too soft to sleep on comfortably.

Nice hotel in between old and new Sarajevo

Liked:I decided to stay in Hotel Cosmopolit because of its position - still in the old center of Sarajevo but in walking distance to the main institutions in new Sarajevo. And I liked it. As promised the very helpful stuff was reserving me one of the few free parking places in front of the Hotel. Since my room was ready I could enter it already two hours before the check-in time without any problems. The hotel seemed to be pretty new and the room very clean. There was even an elevator. The view of the room is nothing special, but therefore the room was very quite and I slept well.

Disliked:There were two glasses on the desk, but I missed a little bit a welcome bottle of water. There is no minibar, but even in the night you can buy in the lobby something to drink. Another thing I didn t like too much were the very huge pillows. I don t know who is able to sleep on such things. But hotels seem to like them.
