Liked:AMAZING view of the volcano if you stay at the room with volcano view. Quiet and friendly welcoming staff. The restaurant was delicious with pretty great view of the volcano. The room clean and cozy. No AC needed. The only issue would be the 8pm curfew due to the hotel being in the national park and the entrance/exit closes at that time. Overall a great stay!

Liked:It was nice but there was a huge gap between the window and the wall and a huge rat come in from the ceiling maybe about 10 lbs rat I told the lady in the front she said is normal because it’s on the mountain 😂
