Disliked:when i first got the room the air conditioning didnt work. i asked for a crib and it was broken they changed my room around 10pm there was no water messaged customer service in the morning they said they could change me to another room

Comfy and relaxing stay

Liked:The room was very spacious and comfortable, stable wifi, great housekeeping, nice swimming pool also for the little ones and enough sun beds/chairs

Disliked:The kitchen had zero equipment, not even a bowl or spoon The breakfast was nice but we had to ask for water every morning, fresh fruits were only once on display and one piece per person allowed, otherwise no fresh veggies & fruits at all.
