Deceiving check in and way over priced.

Liked:This is our 3rd time here. Definitely a disappointment. Don’t bother to pay for earlier airfare to get there. They DONOT let you check in before 3 pm. They lie and tell you room is being cleaned and we went to our room and it WAS NOT being cleaned. Then they only check in one guest at a time to their room. I watched this near the adult pool by the lobby first hand. Never before 3 pm. I ordered a glass of Chardonnay's and paid $24 dollars! They charge for everything including water. It’s way over priced. The food there is just ok at a high price. Go to THE Mexican across the street. The food is amazing! We definitely felt a negative vibe at every turn. Never coming back….
