Never disappoints

Liked:Our 8th visit. Love it. Understated with the most genuinely kind staff, fantastic food, never feels crowded. Tremendous service, great for families as it’s not a showy scene like some of the other upper tier resorts here. Kudos, once again to Saul, the manager at Arbol. He works so hard to give the personal touch to virtually every table at Arbol. Such a kind person, always remembers my family and I, by name every time we go back, recalls the dishes and drinks we like. Amazing guy, and the food at Arbol is amazing. Roberto at Arbol also another fellow we met a few years back when he worked at the Lazy River pool, remembered my young son by name after all these years. Another genuinely kind and attendant human. At the Lazy River, Geovanni and Sebastian, hardest working, sweetest guys, as was Samuel our awesome and responsive butler. As you can tell, the people and service make this Resort the best of the best. Some updating of the rooms may be in order in near future, but as the song goes, when it comes to their people and service: “don’t go changin’”

Las Ventanas Al Paraiso-a trip to remember.

Liked:Beginning with our transportation from the airport to Las Ventanas Al Paraiso, our 4 day vacation was spectacular. We were greeted by Mayra, Antonio and Gerson our Butler's. My husband was celebrating his 65th birthday and it couldn't have been spent anywhere better. We were greeted with live Mexican music, tequila shot (if we wanted), and a surprise birthday cake with a sparkler. Our room was upgraded to ocean view and walking distance to the pool, the beach and two of the resorts restaurants. The service was the best ever! Our servers, Elizabeth and Christian, just to name a couple, were so accomodating and helpful with meal selections. I highly recommend Las Ventanas for your next trip to Mexico.

An Amazing Resort

Liked:Imagine going to a resort and they seem to know what you want before you even ask. The staff are all amazing. When arriving a small band plays with a welcome drink. Off to the large room with beautiful ocean views. Little treats left every day. The restaurants were all excellent with amazing service. Breakfasts were great with many choices. Sitting by the pool someone was always running over to see if we needed anything. The pool water is nice and warm, and there is another area with a lazy river and a restaurant. The kids club had activities every day- including a sand castle event with the staff helping out bringing water. On Christmas Day a Santa parachuted out of the sky to the beach. They do everything to make your stay amazing and the staff all seem happy. Leaving the resort we gave a time and the bell staff were waiting for us by the door. I can't imagine anyone leaving a negative review of this resort- not possible.
