It was nice 😊

Liked:Great staff, clean room, the breakfast was nice.

Disliked:The passageways could definitely be cleaned more often, there were hairballs and dust in the passageway- but the rooms were clean so that’s a plus. Copacabana is also not a nice area- but if you are wanting to stay there, this is a nice option.

Disliked:The room was dirty and clearly not cleaned properly. Even the glasses still contained water from previous guests, and there were hairs on the bathroom walls. Additionally, one of the receptionists — a muscular man — was extremely rude and unhelpful throughout our stay.
