If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. Disliked:I was traveling after my wedding with family and friends and the checking process took us so long and they were not helpful at all. It took more than 1h30m to get it sorted. They don't see to know how to deal with foreigner. One of the bedroom (with a baby) was not even available for checking and we were not checking earlier and the family had to wait.

The worst hotel ever!

Liked:Absolutely the worst hotel experience ever! I am someone who travels frequently all around the world and have stayed in many different hotels of all classes and cities. For several meetings, there are colleagues staying in the same hotel, and we are all so dissatisfied with no-service of this hotel. Every person had some issue with electricity, leakages of the toilet, airconditioners, and noise problem, and every single colleague had to change their rooms. We did too because after one unsatisfactory night, the air con broke down making a huge banging noise continuously!! The reception is so used to complaints that they are never surprised to hear from us. We moved to the top floor of the hotel where we hear the motor of the elevators 24/7 with trembles. Aside from that, there is a separate elevator to the rooftop next to our door, so it makes an alarming sound every time it stops on the floor. The slow elevators are so slow that we have to calculate that in our schedule. Sometimes had to wait for 5 minutes. We don’t expect 5-star hotel quality from Novotel but even the basic needs cannot be met in this hotel - we slept very badly and feel restless as a result. The walls are also thin.
