Whilst our stay at the Oton was enjoyable there was a lot of room for improvement

Liked:The staff were extremely helpful and polite in reception and entrance. The view from or room was beautiful.

Disliked:The room was very dated. Armchair in the room was so old the springs poked out. Made it very uncomfortable to sit and read by the window or simply sit and enjoy the view. The Carpet in the bedroom was stained making the room feel dirty. The staff in the breakfast did not clear the tables often to pile up. The benches with the food on were not tidied very often leaving food spilled so felt unclean. All while staff stood around chatting to each other.

The best hotel in Copacabana

Liked:The breakfast and the view were the best! Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The location is great and you feel very safe in the hotel. The staff is friendly and speaks English. Special thanks to Marcus, Carissa and Tatiana. We would come back to this hotel next time as well. Highly recommend.

Disliked:Our group of 4 girls loved the hotel!
