Quite disappointing,

Liked:It was rather clean and somehow central (if you want to do things in both Copacabana and the Downtown)

Disliked:It had an absolute lack of identity or warmth that would connect you to the City as a tourist. The staff barely spoke English (or Spanish) and was rather rude compared to other locals. The room was very small, white all over like a clinic and had no view.

Disliked:La limpieza del baño incipiente. Adjunto fotos donde se tiene suciedad acumulada en las esquinas de la ducha y el riel del vidrio. Se encontraron bichos pequeños caminado por toda la habitación y por la noche salieron hormigas. El colchon no tenia sábanas adecuadas ni protector de colchón. Toallas viejas, data mayo/2023 según lo escrito en ellas Habian luces que no prendian, led al lado de la cama. El buffet desayuno tiene mosquitos en las frutas, el personal solo las espanta.

Liked:they speak english at the reception, Ibis is always a good choice - not luxury, but you have everything you need.

Disliked:the AC getting directly on your head when you sleep. Hotels need to learn where to place the AC.
