Liked:I like there there is a small fashion mall around the corner from the hotel and a supermart. There are two famous beach clubs about 10-15 minutes away. Pretty far from Lapa district, christ redeemer, in the Carnival experience. The atmosphere of the hotel is modern and clean, but does have a strong smell which takes away from the ambience. The food at the hotel is pretty average. The rooms are extremely spacious, I believe the rooms could really go to the next level if he had towels, toiletries and clean furniture. A lot of the couches chairs and carpet room has stains all over them. It will also benefit the hotel that they had at least complementary water in the rooms that are having to pay for it. The value of the hotel is pretty decent for what you get from it. The room is fairly large and clean. what I love the most about the hotel Staff was Victor and Brian. I really enjoyed their customer service, hospitality, and their effort to go out of their way to make sure that I had a great experience. I also enjoy how Brian remember my name days later providing me a service. I would say that other staff is not as friendly and the Customer Service from other staff have just felt like you were invisible.

Great hotel in every which way!

Liked:We would highly recommend this hotel! Luiz, Rocky, Filipe, and the Manager from the reservation desk were extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service. Our room was very nice and clean with a beautiful sea view. The breakfast and dinner was delicious. Thank you Hotel Nacional for making our stay an incredible one!
