Have stayed on previous visits & found no problems

Liked:Arrived for check in & was held waiting for 45mins! On entering the room was greeted by a stained bed cover. The sheets were too small for the size of the bed with hair on them when I pulled back the cover & there was no mattress protector on the bed. In other words the sheets had not been changed - GROSS!!!!

Very nice and modern hotel in a great central location

Liked:This was our 2nd visit and enjoyed it once again. Breakfast was decent. The room was very comfortable and had a great shower. It is in a great location and very central for walks to Copacabana in one direction and Leblon in the other.

Disliked:On our first visit the lounge/bar area was very lively each night. It seemed a lot quieter on this visit.

Not Recommended for Fat People

Liked:Kind and friendly reception people, Many electricity consents in bedside and on walls, Good desk drawers, Very well illuminated with switch options.

Disliked:Extremely Narrow Toilet Space: - The shower floor is only 70 cm by 120 cm (see the photo). I am not fat at all, but I felt very inconvenient to take a shower. For fat people PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE. - The toilet stool is sticking to the wall with only 5 cm of space (see the photo). - The toilet door is also almost bumping against the stool with only 5 cm of space (see the photo).
