Disliked:This was our first experience at a Days Inn hotel, and overall, we were disappointed for the price we paid, even though the room was nice and clean. Of the three whirlpool baths, only one was open, and it was just a hot tub since the whirlpool wasn't working. In general, we found the staff not very friendly or helpful. I was simply trying to refill my water bottle, which I couldn't do because breakfast wasn't included. However, I can say that one employee, Paulo, stood out from the rest. He was extremely friendly and helpful, and we think he should be the manager! For the price we paid without breakfast, this hotel wasn't worth it. Just a short walk away, there are hotels with a generous breakfast for the same price.

Disliked:The room wasn't cleaned overnight. There were no face or floor towels. The air conditioning was very noisy. The television was broken. There were no cutlery or cups for coffee on the second day of the stay.
