Poor service Attitude, no kettle, Tea coffee in the room

Liked:Location, room and Breakfast is ok.

Disliked:I believe that the room was ready when we go around 1.30pm. But they kept us waiting till the normal check in time till exactly 2.00pm. No Kettle in the room. We had to bring water from 7th floor to the kettle near reception to take hot water. When I asked they reluctatantly gave a paper cup, to take hot water. as its too hot we asked another two cups one eaach for us they were reluctant and asked asked us to use the glasses in the room. When I said that we cant take hot water in a glass cup from ground floor to the 07th Floor they were not bothered aboout that. That level of service and facilities were not matching with the price we paid as we stayed three nights few days ago in another hotel close by with great facilities. I believe that the maanagement should take the responsibility and train people a give them basic training as well as give thgem power to decide like provide a cermic cup or kettle etc.

Disappointing

Liked:Location is great.

Disliked:The breakfast was super basic. We booked it because it was advertised a very good breakfast and we didn’t find it good at all. Towels and linen smell bad, a really strange smell. Room was not very clean and safe was rusty

Disliked:The airconditioning made a lot of noise. Also in between, the beds were made and toiletpaper bin was refreshed but with going to the beach a lot, we would have expected the room getting vacuumed. Also a bit pricey, but that might have been because we went during Shakira concert
