Liked:Everything. Security was good as we could only enter through facial recognition. There are cctv cameras on the corridor. Also there's a big bin in another room so I could threw away food containers instead of using the bathroom bin. The receptonist and the other guy was helpful. They showed me where was the cafe. She also helped me to book uber which was a great help so I do not have to look for addresses. Thank you.

Disliked:I received Whatsapp messages in Portugese. I therefore asked to send me in English. I still got both Portugese and English messages which were not helpful. I did not get my room no and security code etc on the designated time as promised. I whatsapp them but did not get anywhere. Eventually I contacted booking.com and they sent me all the details. I therefore arrived late in the evening but not afternoon.
