If it was cleaner, it would have been perfect

Liked:The location was fantastic, all staff were so friendly. Pool was gorgeous and the free shuttle to town was great

Disliked:It could have been much cleaner, and even when we asked them to reclean, they still missed bits. We were given a €30 voucher as compensation. There was a huge leak in the shower that went all across the bathroom floor.

Liked:The mainroom is too big therefore the heater not warm enough. we just stay in the small room:) the steps to door makes it difficult to get. but this is the nature of the village

Liked:Villa Piedimonte is a fantastic place to stay in Ravello. The views are breathtaking, the rooms are spotless and modern, and the housekeeping, reception, and concierge teams are genuinely excellent. The complimentary shuttle to and from the main Ravello bus stop near Piazza Duomo is a huge bonus, especially in a hill town like this. From there, it’s very easy to reach Amalfi using several public or private transport options. We used the Amico Shuttle and found it wonderfully convenient: reliable, comfortable, and the bus was properly air‑conditioned, which made the ride down incredibly pleasant. A peaceful hotel with world‑class views and staff who really care. Highly recommended.
