Stunning beautiful property in a fabulous location but let down by a few very simple fixes

Liked:Stunning location in the beautiful town of Ravello, super relaxing location with stunning views and wonderful staff especially the girls at reception and the maitre de at breakfast.

Disliked:For a 5 star rated hotel I feel there should have been at least a coffee machine and complimentary water in the room. To be charged 3 euros a bottle cheapens the whole experience.

Lovely place to stay in a lovely town. Would recommend and stay again!

Liked:Loved the quaintness of it! The staff was lovely and welcoming, and the views were gorgeous!

Disliked:The bathtub jacuzzi holes in our room were dirty. Wouldn’t have noticed but I tried to take a bath.
