Not worth the money

Liked:The view from the area they call the reception was lovely, however, unfortunately the view from our room was not very good and was quite disappointing. It was a blocked view from our balcony. The only positive note I can add is you could contact the staff through whatsapp

Disliked:The balcony could be entered from the walk way so it made the room feel very unsafe and we were constantly having to ensure the door was locked at all times. Our shower did not work and had to get the staff to try fix it twice. The room itself was tiny. Bed was not comfortable. The location is not great, being at the bottom of the steps. They offer a taxi service of 40 euro up the hill that lasts 4 minutes. It advertises as having a swimming pool which is one of the main reasons why we booked, however you have to pay daily to enter. 20euro each is ridiculous as the pool is not up to standard. WiFi is a big problem in the hotel . Once you enter into the room it does not work. Check out is at half 10 in the morning which is way too early and they offer 30euro for a extra hour. I would not rate this hotel. There are plenty of hotels around the square at a more reasonable rate.

Casa with beautiful views

Liked:Breakfast on the balcony was fantastic. Good choices of cooked eggs, croissants, cold meats, juices etc..friendly staff and amazing views of the sea from our balcony. Ravello is beautiful to visit.

Disliked:The trek up the stairs... very steep to the town centre... take the road to get there its uphill but not as bad as the steep stairs. We did both. Wasnt a great fan of the shower room/toilet with the glass but we managed.

The perfect place to unwind on the Amalfi Coast.

Liked:Everything about this hotel was brilliant. The views were unbeatable. After traveling around Italy for two weeks, this was the perfect place to finish our holiday. The staff were always so friendly and helpful. You could order as much or as little for breakfast as you like, and we had the option to eat it outside reception on the terrace or take it to our room. The quality was great. We even received a gift from Jennifer at the hotel when we checked out. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough.

Disliked:Sometimes people/vehicles were a little noisy from the road, but this was rare.
