Liked:i like how the staffs are friendly and helpful

Disliked:the location of the room was a bit far and I had a small infant with no elevator was a big hassle to get up and down. I also for sure know that I left my baby shampoo in the tub but they said and confirmed it was not found. A bit disappointed

Had a great time

Liked:Pool was fun for the kids. We were able to have join us at the pool. Our villa was great. Loved the kitchenette. We had enough room in the fridge for food and drinks. Spacious bathroom. The patio was nice. Staff was helpful and nice

Nice, friendly and spacious with some fixable flaws.

Liked:I size of the room. The openness of the room. Definitely would be open to staying again in the future.

Disliked:The bed was very uncomfortable. While the pillow topper was soft, the mattress itself was sagging on one side. It made it difficult for my partner to get a good night's sleep. Secondly, the shower and tub faucets were not user-friendly. There was no real control over the water temperature. The tub was too cold/tepid, while the shower was too hot. One knob did not let you control the temperature.
