Liked:Overall clean and comfortable.

Disliked:Confusing instructions between hotel and staff. Shower has low water pressure. Mixer was not functioning properly, resulting in sudden cold water in middle of shower (and that's during winter)!. Hotel is under renovation which can result in noises.

Staff are definitely the highlight with everything else being an excellent bonus!

Liked:We travelled to Queenstown for our engagement and right from the get-go the staff were so helpful and sweet and went above and beyond to make this weekend the most special weekend. They were so helpful in arranging anything we needed! The rooms were cleaned everytime we left the hotel, everything in the hotel and rooms were very clean and comfortable. The food and drinks at the bar/resturant were excellent and the overall vibe of QT in Queenstown was perfect. However, the staff are definitely what sold the stay for us and made this a perfect weekend - massive thank you. We will definitely be back :)
