Double standards, prejudice agaisnt asians. Rooms never properly cleaned

Liked:Felt like staying a airbnb where you have to clean and do everything yourself in a confined space.

Disliked:From the day we checked in, we were forced to return to reception every evening simply to request basic items that should have been provided as standard—towels, tissue paper, and clean cups. Dirty coffee cups were left in the room daily, the tissue box was repeatedly left empty, hair was left cluttered on the bathroom floor, bathrobes were not replaced, and rubbish was at times left around the room. This was not an isolated oversight, but a consistent and unacceptable failure of housekeeping standards throughout our stay. It seems like the staff couldn’t take us seriously and we felt like we were treated differently from others despite our stay for 5 nights. When we met the manager he was dismissive and looked us up and down. Horrible service
