Liked:Very pleasant lobby, sunny with great views. Water taxi facility to town was great.

Disliked:When we arrived at our room the key wouldn't work, because there was a tradie working in the room, though he hadn't found anything wrong. There was no hot water in the taps in the morning--apparently even fancy hotels aren't immune from having their pipes burst.
