Disappointed

Liked:The lodge although on the hill has quiet surroundings. It provides a well-maintained cosy kitchen/common area and free luggage storage. This particular room stay is a vast difference from my previous room stays at this same Lodge. The management has reached out to offer a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill.

Disliked:The room was smaller than the usual Double-Rm/Twin Rm. One of the beds has a sunken mattress. A proper mattress is basic for an establishment like ML. So i barely slept and had a backache from it. The window/pane was covered up so there was no view (as mentioned in the initial offer) The ventilation was poor as the heater did not work well. In the night the cold air seeped in. The soundproofing of the partitions was poor so noise from guests at the reception area and users to the adjacent toilet can be heard.

Liked:Great Location, 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants. Bedding and towels really nice.
