But for the house is a good place and better is a good price

Liked:Very beautiful view, everything is clean, comfortable place to stay, for sure I will stay again

Disliked:Is a little bit far from downtown, if you going without car you need get bus to going to the downtown for the attractions.

Liked:The position and view was great. Close but just out of the traffic and busyness of CBD. Unit was pleasant and clean and well enough equipped.

Disliked:Bed was difficult to walk around, particularly difficult on one side. TV was difficult to access and limited. The airconditioning seemed to struggle to warm the room.

Location Great. Cleanliness Lacking.

Liked:Great location, great view and lots of room. Wi-fi worked well. Lots of outlets.

Disliked:The crockery was covered in a layer of dust as was a lot of the surfaces. There was just a bag of open white sugar on the shelf. The couch was completely broken and horrifically stained as were all the chairs and the top cover of the bedding. The bathroom sink was cracked and the shower floor was bubbling up and uneven. The stay never really heated up- it's possible that that was user error. The floor was freezing. The parking was a tight squeeze and shared with the upstairs neighbour. The fire alarm was beeping like it was low battery and when I went to call the number presented in the manual, I was greeted by an ominous message that read something along the lines of 'calling out someone to the property for a bad reason will result in an additional fee' so I thought against it. It seems like this stay was once beautiful, but has been neglected for a while.

Great stay!

Liked:The property itself has everything you need for a stay, we’ve stayed 4 nights and it provides the basic needs when you’re on holiday, a bed, shower and a warm place, especially if you’re not in the accom much. Location wise not too far from town, views great, heaps of power points. Great stay considering how much we paid compared to other places around town and when I had an issue with the fire alarm, Jerry was quick at responding.

Disliked:Sometimes above property walking around was guest loud, this can happen anywhere you go though but was a little annoying at times. Parking situation wasn’t the best, thankfully both us and the guests could fit both cars in the one space.
