Would book here again in a heartbeat and have thoroughly enjoyed the stay at the cozy Heartland Hotel.

Liked:Such cozy rooms very close to the lake and Queenstown eateries etc. Comfy beds and a lovely view through the trees to the lake: loved the Swiss chalet feel, and special mention for the delicious and accommodating room service and lovely staff.

Disliked:Tiny gripe is that the blinds in the kitchenette area don’t block light very well.
