RACIST STAFF.. 02 GIRLS AT RECEPTION

Liked:Only one staff.. New staff who took my first day check in was ready to understand customer and offer help.. Cathline or khaitlene

Disliked:Other 2 girls... KYLE and other girl wearing specs.. Not ready to tell her name... They both are racist. The moment they see indian or chinese people/guest, they make faces and they dont want to listen, & they dont offer any service.. Only excuses.. I am making a very serious accusations.. Please look into it

I had good time in the town and would love to come back an experience more for sure.

Disliked:I wish we have other option to check out until 12 or 14 in the afternoon without having to carry our belongings while still strolling in the town. The bed was comfortable but the duvet was smelly. I also wish that for the dormitory, each one of us can have a locker to put our staff in when we are out. The storage drawers provided do not seem to locker and it is concerning leaving your staff out on the bed.
