A bad experience

Liked:The location.

Disliked:Very bad service, apartment was not clean, they didn't pay the bill for electricity, there was not basic hygiene items (soup, shampoo, dishes soup, paper towel, not enough bath towels). They made us pay with cash so that they could charge us the dollar higher than it is. And when we had a complain they didn't solve the issue.

Disliked:It wasn’t ready when we got there. The electricity wasn’t turned on or Wi-Fi wasn’t on. We had to wait for 20 mins to get all that tuned on. We wasn’t given a key or the lock code once we got there. We had to wait for 20 mins for that as well. The Master bathroom toilet doesn’t flush. I had to manually flush it. We had to take cold showers because the hot water didn’t heat up. There was no wash rags for us to bathe. The refrigerator didn’t get cold and it had a very bad odor we could not put nothing in it. Also booking.com said that the Property doesn’t accept cash only credit cards and debit cards but when we got there the owner demanded cash!! He said we had to give him cash and didn’t take credit or debit. Which was definitely an inconvenience for us. I was very upset. Something needs to be done for all the inconvenience that we had to endure from check in to check out. Also checkout was at 10:00 he turned the electricity off at 9:45 which means we didn’t have any air conditioner and it was extremely hot‼️‼️‼️ 🥵
