Liked:The location and the Staff was very nice and friendly

Disliked:I couldn’t get a cocktail that I wanted because they didn’t restock it on their bars I had one and was the last of it and also I wanted a carajillo which is a coffee cocktail and they couldn’t make it because they had no coffee and this is at their main bar at the lobby,we have been going to this resort for 3 years first time was awesome second was ok and this time was not at all feels like the quality has gone down

Beautiful, Memorable experience- home away from home !

Liked:Location, beach, restaurants and food was excellent!

Disliked:Front office staff….language issue and stubborn in service. Fewer activities overall. On the expensive side comparatively.
