Cancellation

Payment
Prices include the taxes and fees paid when you book. Some hotels charge a resort, city or service fee on arrival; where they do, the amount is shown with each room and at checkout. A valid credit card is required at check-in.
Important Information
Upon check-in, you must present an official identification (INE) or passport of the holder, and a credit card. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Groups Policies: Reservations of 5 rooms or more will be considered as a group. In case of group reservations,the hotel will contact the guest to manage special deposit and cancelation conditions. If the client cannot be reached and the deposit is not made under the group conditions, the reservations will be automatically canceled. For more information, contact the establishment through the information contained in the confirmation. Parking is exclusively for cars and access to other vehicles such as busses, trailers, buggies, motorcycles, Razers, ATVs, etc. is not permitted. Room service is available from 07:00 to 18:00 with additional charge of 15% of the total order. Room service has full cost of the "a la carte menu" from 18:01 to 06:59 . as well as relaxing sun terraces with Balinese beds for an extra cost. A deposit may be required at the property.
