One of the best hotels!

Liked:We love this hotel for many reasons! The location is the best!

Disliked:We stay at this place frequently during the year. This time there was something that we did not like. We arrived around 10am, and we were told the rule of giving rooms until 3 pm, but they were going to work on given us the room before that. Well, we received our room until 3:15 pm. Late, and we also noticed that there were concern about cleaning other rooms and not the rooms that people were waiting for in the lobby. This is just a recommendation, if people are waiting for their room, it is paid, and they are waiting in the lobby. Does it make more sense to make happy the customers that are waiting instead of cleaning other rooms?
