Would not stay here again

Liked:Location was good

Disliked:While we were staying there. We had lots of issues: 1)The bedroom bed was ok. The sheet was clean but would nice to have new sheet instead it was old sheet (over used). There was lots of spider. We kill almost 20 and we all got Lots of Bitten. 2) The pool is good as it is in the sun for the whole day. The water was cold if you don't mind. 3) The kitchen needs lots of update tool( things that was listed on the website was not in the kitchen). We had no extra towels for drying dishes or hand towels. The pots and pan was very old. You have to purchase salt and pepper, coffee which we lest behind for others. We had to clean the kitchen ( grease)and washroom (dirty). 4)The washroom, we had to purchase our toilet paper. The washroom was dirty and small. The hot water very difficult to get the right temperature. Wish we had more towels. 5) Very difficult to communicate with reception due to poor/ non existent English. 6) The balcony is useless not provide any chairs for it - only use to dry clothes.

It was barely adequate.

Liked:Easy checkin. 24 hour security. The pool in the common area was decent. Weather was cool, so I didn't use it.

Disliked:Shoddy construction. And construction noise in the apartment above. The bedroom smelled of tobacco smoke. The shower was barely adequate. The washing machine was like a child's toy. But it just felt cheap. Like a cheap dorm room.

Great value stay that’s centrally located

Liked:I felt very safe in the apartment complex. It had a wall around it with 24hr security guard that staffed the front gate. Neighbors were very friendly and gave us tips on places to go. The pool was nice. Pictures are accurate. This is not a luxury rental if that’s what you are looking for. Was a great value for what you get. Laundry and full size kitchen were nice to have. We were happy to have a Roku tv to log into all our streaming apps. The owner was very responsive.
