Liked:neatness cleaness location

Disliked:well no one SPK English then they try after getting on resort and recv my keys to my rooms try and give me some discounted stuff then 2nd day of my stay elevator stop working no sign with up and the nasty smell at adult pool from beach then pip walking up from beach try to sale and gibe you deal in pool from excursion food was the same old

I love that they have activities at the pool for the kids and shows at night.

Liked:Breakfast was delicious. I love the food at the Mexican restaurant . We love the staff UZZY made our stay very welcoming . He needs a pay raise.

Disliked:My room had a leak in the ceiling for 2 days . I wasn’t happy about that. The food at the steak house was horrible , eating there for our first night really left a bad impression. But it got better the next day.

Liked:Beautiful scenery. Delicious breakfast and great restaurants. Good eating. Great fun in the pool with family.
