Grand Residences by Royal Resorts will work to avoid this scenario, but when necessary, management will work directly with the guest to streamline this process. At least one of the guests registered in each villa must be over 25 years old and will be accountable for the rest of the villa's occupants. The name on the credit card used for payment must match the name of one of the guests on the reservation. Please note that you will be asked to present the same credit card and Government-issued photo identification at check-in for incidental charges.
