Family friendly resort

Liked:Friendly staff, professional, and efficient. Everyone was helpful when I asked for assistance.

Disliked:Pool bar bartender ignoring non-spanish speaking patrons. Waited 30 minutes for drinks. He was busy but obviously ignored us.this occured our first day and we stopped going to the swim up bar. Went else where for drinks and brought to pool.

Liked:We love the area! Puerto Aventuras is beautiful. Love the people and that it is within walking distance to the marina. Staff is wonderful. They are very attentive and helpful.

Disliked:Drinks are not good. Food is below average to horrible. Cafe and the smoothie bar were not open at all during our stay. Constant bothering us about their club stuff and spa. We did get a massage and used the hydrotherapy circuit. Spa is very dated, some aspects did not work, no hot tub, no cold plunge as described to us.

Nice quiet place, away from the city.

Liked:This is a great little resort, away from Cancun. It takes a bit to get there, but is a nice quiet place to stay and relax. The little town with a marina in the middle gives a nice place to explore, They have a dolphin place there and plenty of deep sea fishing boats for hire. The resort itself is a little older, but very well kept. Room was in great shape, food was good with lots of variety. Small beach area with from shore snorkeling.

Disliked:Need to keep a pool open longer into the evening, they all seemed shut down not long after sunset. Some kind of fans in the buffet dinning area, when there was no sea breeze, it got very uncomfortable, couple fans would have gone a long way.

A standard all-inclusive with high cleanliness, friendly staff and good options.

Liked:Good value for the money. We appreciated the shows even though we didn’t go see them. The effort was impressive.

Disliked:Nobody knows how to make a café latte, no fan in the bathroom, the beach was way too narrow, the buffet was a little bit repetitive, check-in at 3 pm when we arrived at 10 am was crazy esp when I know there were rooms ready, no shuttle from airport.
