Beautiful room. Friendly and responsive staff. Pleasant stay.

Liked:The size of the room was exceptional. Decor. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast.

Disliked:Second floor curving stairway was difficult to maneuver with bags.No clearly marked parking for unloading bags provided prior to arrival, and had we known there would be a festival in town which necessitated road closures in front of the hotel, we would have sought to arrive earlier.

Liked:Clean big room. Elegantly decorated. AC very silent and effective. Quiet room (double glass on the windows works wonders). Big bathroom with good shower. They change towels every day! Good breakfast with fresh pastel de nata every morning. Very kind staff. Fantastic parking facility very close to the property for 10€/ Day.

Disliked:It would be nice to add a fridge in the room. Missing drying rack for swimsuits / beach towels.

Loved our stay!

Liked:It is right in the center of Portimao. Close to the harbour and train station. Though we stayed only 1 night, we are very pleased with our stay.
