Liked:The location is great if staying in Portimao. If you plan on visiting multiple touristic beaches keep in mind this will be a 30 minute ride to most but this has nothing to do with the hotel, just a FYI. The hotel is located very well in Portimao, across from the beach and close to all the restaurants. The room was huge which was nice. The housekeeping staff on our floor were amazing. Vera and Barbara, they were fabulous. Breakfast was good.

Disliked:The room bathroom could be renovated a little. The reception staff could be a little friendlier. It was pricey.

Liked:The location was great and so was breakfast.

Disliked:I didn’t like that when I booked parking was to be included, but once we arrived at the property we were informed parking was full. Very disappointing. When I book with parking and I specifically did book because that was very important to me but not was not available. I felt conned. Parking was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel
