Excellent all round and will certainly return.

Liked:Lovely hotel, handy location, everywhere from reception to pool and our room were spotlessly clean. Bed comfortable, fantastic shower & very good breakfast offering. The stand out though was the staff, all very pleasant and helpful. The reception staff went above and beyond though and were incredibly helpful. We would visit again and wish we’d stayed longer than our two nights.

Great staff and fantastic location

Liked:We had a really nice stay here and would definitely come back. Vivian welcomed us when we arrived and she was so friendly and full of energy! During our stay we saw Andreia and Inês in the mornings and evenings and they were always lovely, and always smiling, saying hello, and happy to help with anything. They really made the place feel warm and welcoming. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and in a great location just a short walk from Praia da Rocha beach, with loads of restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby, as well as supermarkets and little shops for anything you need. Everything was easy to get to without needing a car. The underground parking was a big plus and the prices were very reasonable. Honestly, the staff are what made the stay stand out for us. Thank you Vivian, Andreia and Inês. Would happily recommend.

Liked:Excellent and clean room, comfortable beds, one of the best breakfasts ever...

Disliked:It can be extremely noisy at night as the hotel is next to a big street. As we prefer to sleep without AC and with an open window, noise from the trucks and motorbikes a couple of times has woken us. Hotel should work with the municipality to enforce speed limits and controls during night.
