Cancellation

Payment
Prices include the taxes and fees paid when you book. Some hotels charge a resort, city or service fee on arrival; where they do, the amount is shown with each room and at checkout. A valid credit card is required at check-in.

Please note that 30% of the total amount will be charged anytime after booking. The remaining amount will be charged within 5 days before the arrival. Restaurant Oceano Atlantico is open daily for breakfast (07:30 to 10:00), lunch (12:30 to 14:00) and dinner (19:00 to 22:00). Oceano Atlântico Bar is open throughout the day from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 18:00 to 00:00. The Pool Bar is open from the 15th of June to the 15th of September, from 14:00 to 18:00. Guests will have free access to the modern fitness room between: - 07.30 and 17:00 from Monday to Friday; - Saturdays from 10:00 until 14:00; - Sundays and Holidays from 10.00 until 13:00. Access to the fitness room is always accompanied by a monitor, when required. Individual training programs, group sessions lead by specialized instructors and other custom services are available, at an extra fee. Please note that limited parking spaces are available in front of the hotel, free of charge. Please note that the indoor swimming pool is available between 10:00 and 19:00. Please note that the indoor swimming pool is closed on the 25th December. Please note that the credit card used to make and prepay the reservation must be presented at check-in together with the card holder photo identification. In case these are not presented upon arrival, the full payment will be requested at check-in and the deposit previously made will be refunded to the same credit card used for payment. Please note that the restaurant is closed on the 24th and 25th of December. Please note that towels and linen are changed twice a week. When booking half board or full board, note that drinks are not included.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
