Great stay. Will be back.

Liked:Loved everything about this place. The staff are the kindest, most willing to help people ever. The rooms are very clean and smell nice. The breakfast is also very good with lots of options. The pool is very clean with a great view and the lounge on the roof is the absolute best. I could’ve stayed there all day. I ordered the burger there and it was magnificent. Will definitely recommend to family and friends and will definitely return.

Disliked:The fact that the room price did not include access to certain facilities like the spa.

Liked:Rooftop pool was great I rated the staff as average; the reception desk staff have a serious attitude problem - completely in contrast to the service staff at the rooftop bar/ restaurant - it appeared the higher you traveled the better the service

Disliked:Tiny room and as mentioned the staff experience was not the best

Half Board: Includes per day a 3-course à la carte dinner without drinks and buffet breakfast served at Facho Restaurant. SPA and indoor pool: Access is not included in room rates. Swim cap and swim wear are mandatory at the SPA and indoor pool. SPA access is upon reservation. Please book in advance your time slot. Please note that the shuttle to Praia da Rocha beach is provided free of charge 2 to 4 times per day, 7 times per week between April and October. Bali Beds are not included in room rates and are available upon reservation and extra charge Hotel Bikes are free of charge and are available upon availability and an refundable deposit. During the Summer Music Festivals, a 250€ damage deposit per room is requested upon arrival. Guests are required to wear hotel wristbands for identification purposes, and non-hotel guests are not permitted.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box. When booking half board, note that drinks are not included.
