It was pretty average.

Liked:The size of the rooms.

Disliked:The hotel looked run down and unkept. The pool size was too big, could have accommodated some other activities like a small waterpark for kids. A pool side bar or restaurant would have also been a good option. The menu was so limited and we really had to make many requests for any minor changes we required. The coral wing always seemed it lacked staff and especially at night.

The stay was good and had a nice experience. Thank you!

Liked:The hotel was nice with beautiful views of the pool and the ocean. They offer shuttles to/from airport and their other Vinpearl properties.

Disliked:Hair was left in the shower for two days and water overflow while showering. The pool doesn’t look clean when walking at night that showed human activities. Some front desk staff needs to improve hospitality and smile more. The cafe food was not that great and slow. Not a whole lot of options to pick from.

The big Fake

Liked:The food was plentifull but overwelming.

Disliked:This was the "big brother" experience, face recognition systems everywhere. Like in airports, you even have to scan your face before going into breakfast. The whole exteriors are fake, miles of fake buildings with pictures of people as if it is a busy europian town. It was so disturbing that we had to leave after a day and took the first flight to Thailand. The guests were mainly from ex communistic countries, or poor neighboring countries. Not a place for westerners.
