Peaceful stay

Disliked:1.Reception staff's rude behavior. 2. No enough driking water. 3. They don't refill the water bottles when you ask them to, they say go and get it yourself or pay 50k 4. Buggy driver takes too long to arrive, we missed a gym session because we waited 20 mins for the buggy driver to take us to Waverly 5. Liquid handwash should be available in the bathroom

Amazing honeymoon

Liked:Amazing time here with mu husband for our honeymoon. Staff was super attentive and made our stay even better. I'm gluten free, and every morning they would approach me and offer me gluten free pancakes or waffles, which tasted pretty good! Never had this offered to me every morning by a hotel, definately added to the special experience. Pool was clean and often nice and quiet during the day, facilities were good and restaurant food was very nice! Definately recommend this hotel!

Disliked:Not the best soundproofing. When our upstairs neighbours would move the chair over the floor, it was quite loud. Also noise in hallway is easy to hear.
