Beautiful hotel!

Liked:We liked everything. The room, pools were beautiful, the breakfast, the service.

Disliked:The lack of ac in the elevators and reception, and in the breakfast room sometimes it got a little bit hot but the food was very good.

Liked:Amazing staff and facilities. It felt like a holiday and I didn’t need to leave the resort for anything.

A very nice hotel with a beautiful beach and a relaxing atmosphere.

Liked:The beach was really great - clean sand, clear sea, and very comfortable free sunbeds. It was a nice place to relax and spend the day. The hotel area felt clean and well kept, and the breakfast was good with enough choice. Overall, the atmosphere was calm and pleasant.

Disliked:The only downside is the location if you want to walk to cafes or shops. It takes around 10 minutes on foot, and the road goes through an abandoned-looking area, which is not very nice, especially in the evening. It is possible to avoid this by taking a taxi.

Liked:Incredible accomodation. The beach/pool, gym, restaurant and buffet are just incredible. Sunset swims in the private beach were phenomonal. Incredible buffet and great food at reasonable hotel prices at the restaurant.

Disliked:Despite this area being very close to VinWonders (theme park) and one of the main attractions Grand World- there is not actually much to do nearby. Most snorkelling tours and cable car trips are 1-2 hour drive away. The area is extremely touristy and will always need to be a scooter or drive away but honestly just staying at the resort and relaxing is perfect. The play chill music until around 7pm on the beach which creates such a vibe- it would benefit continuing on a bit later to encourage people attend the bar.
