Didn't stay one night - there wasn't enough parking in front of 2 different buildings to unload bags

Disliked:DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME ON THIS "RESORT", which over promises and under delivers! The resort looked nothing like the pictures shown on the website - it was outdated, smelled funny and the advertisements make it seem like you will have the best view no matter where you stay. Truth is, if you want to overpay with for a room that hasn't been recently updated, pay for daily parking that doesn't exist, need to text for a ride to car every time you want to leave the property and want a front desk and management team that is rude and unhelpful.....then this is the place for you. Fought for over 2 months to get a refund that I was told I could get.

Liked:I stayed the weekend of the 11-13 for my sons 8th birthday. Friday morning I went to the hospital due to me pinching my sciatic nerve. I still checked in for my son because I did not want to ruin his birthday weekend. When I arrived with my hospital bracelet on. I explained that I would need something on the bottom floor preferably handicap because I’m limited on walking at this time. He said no worries, I can get you something by the falls and easily accessible. When I checked in, I didn’t not see the room until Saturday morning. I went back home to rest and finish packing. As I approached. It was up a hill, two flights of stairs up and no elevator in sight. I explained that we are now approaching my son’s party time and I think that it is very inconsiderate that they promised me an easily accessible room and purposely planted me there. I am now reinjured and just got out of the hospital again. I spoke to management and corporate. They comped my drinks at the pool and said have a good day. I will never stay at this location again.
