Beautiful hotel and location but not a 5 star hotel. Bring your own toiletries

Liked:Great location and close to the most beautiful secluded beaches and near a hiking path. Great view from the room and restaurants. Food was really good. Staff were friendly but there was some miscommunications.

Disliked:Wifi was not great at all, only into the lobby area. Beds were not as comfortable as I would expect for a 5 star hotel. There were dead bugs in the washroom. The shampoo completely distorted my hair so I only showered once while staying here… not great for a 5 star…. Hotel staff told me it would be okay to swap my breakfast for a bottle of cava since I was leaving the hotel before breakfast opens and they agreed but then I was charged for the bottle of cava and was not able to receive breakfast. Big rip off and misleading…
