Disliked:They didn't have a room for us to shower in after a late check out, had to use the spa showers which aren't very private.

Liked:Beautiful property with pools kept so clean restaurants excellent. Breakfast excellent.

Disliked:One of the main receptions ( not the new person ) could be more friendly. She seemed always busy

If you enjoy staying in a calm beautiful and very rustic traditional setting and enjoy equal beach and pool time with go

Liked:The location was perfect close to calm coves perfect for snorkeling. The rooms were spacious and clean good breakfast. The main pools were immaculate and there was always enough sun loungers. The restaurant served good quality meals. The hotel itself is pretty rustic but this is quite charming and sets it apart from all the modern hotels. Cala Fornells is also close to the beautiful Sant Elm and Dragonera area and perfect if you want to visit Soller, Valdemossa and Deia. The hustle and bustle of Peguera is a 20-30min walk away. We recommend hiring a car and the hotel offers free parking.

Disliked:The pool bar lacks some small snacks such as club sandwiches, fries so you don’t have to go to the restaurant for every meal. Since there is no other option close by this turns out quite costly for a family of four. Our toilet had some noise issues but this was solved by the hotel within one day. The carpets in the hallways could use a deep clean or replacement.

Be warned, this is not even a 3*! It should come with a small print that says “Budget conditions for five star prices* .

Liked:There was a gentleman that worked the top floor restaurant that couldn’t have been more attentive! He was brilliant.

Disliked:Everything. Someone NEEDS to go back and re star * this place as it’s one of the worst places we have ever stayed and we honestly have had better experiences staying in a Travelodge than at this place! Just wow! It’s worse than any 3* hotel! It simply cannot be a 5 star!
